arbitration
in addition to mediation, Mr. Lang has experience acting as an arbitrator in many disputes. Mr. Lang is familiar with the rules and law applicable to arbitration, and is able to conduct an objective review of the documents, testimony and other evidence presented. Mr. Lang is available to preside over arbitrations of any length, from a few hours to multiple days.
